Let's Test This Out

First I would like to send a big “love yah” to all my family and friends who have given me such beautiful feedback. Wow you guys are really reading my stuff! Just kidding. Thank you for your kind words, it means a lot to me.

So I’m attending a Jack and Jill recently and at the door everyone receives one ticket with a number on it. This is for all the prizes they will be giving away all night. You are of course encouraged to buy more tickets to increase your chances. Well because I almost always get what I want (if it’s for my greater good) I decided I was going to win a prize with just my one ticket. I walked over to the tables of prizes and chose a really nice “girly” shirt that had a lot of rainbow colours on a black background. If you know me from the Soul Sauna workshop the name I picked was Rainbow Girl. With this in mind I told my best friend Anthony (shout out to T), “I’m going to get this shirt tonight; this is the one I want!” He smiled and probably thought, here she goes again.

Now I truly believe that you can get what you want. You really have to know you deserve it, one huge issue I personally have had for a long time. I think its getting better though, as I walked out that night with two prizes and only one ticket.

The first time they were calling out ticket numbers no one was responding. Most people were outside smoking. I licked the back of my ticket and stuck it to my forehead! I was seated right in front of the guy who was calling the numbers and I hinted that he could see my ticket number with it facing towards him. No one came up after many, many numbers and finally the guy said “The next person who……..” Without even enough time to finish his sentence I was up there! I got first pick from all the prizes and there I was wearing my rainbow shirt.

Later in the evening a guy won two prizes in a row. He was standing behind me after claiming his prizes and I heard him laugh to himself. I jokingly asked him if he had just won a third prize and he replied yes. But he said he wasn’t going to claim it because he felt bad, so I asked him if I could have the ticket. He gave it to me! So I went up and claimed a second prize for myself!!!!

I’ve said it before and I will say it again, I am living proof that this stuff works! So I have a fun game we can play. I am going to list some things I am hoping will happen, and remember I took an active role in obtaining those prizes. The opportunities always present themselves; it’s up to us to take action. I will share with all of you when each one becomes true. I also believe that if it’s for my greater good it will happen, so I have no expectations and know that if one thing doesn’t happen it is for a greater reason then I may know right now. So here they are:

1. I am planning a trip to the Bahamas in December. I’m asking for the money to come so I can pay for all my needs.
2. I want to go one of the New Kids On The Block concerts in September when they come to Toronto.
3. I had some rain damage in a room in our house and I would like the Property Management to replace the carpet soon so I can put everything back in the room.
4. I would love a successful painting party & all the right colours for cheap (Re-Store or Opps Paint)
5. Fun with a boy! Meet someone who likes to do fun and exciting things so I can have a break once and awhile. With the hope of a least becoming amazing friends.

Sole Custody

Just a quick note to everyone, yesterday I was awarded sole custody of my son. It has taken me a year but it was worth every second!! I am so happy and excited for our future. Now we can move on with our family and hopefully make a brand new one. Who knows what the future holds, only time will tell. At least I’ve got my baby, or as he would have it, my big boy.

Hey Beautiful People!

So this is my place to say what I need to say, which for a lady who talks too much is a good thing. Funny enough one of the Naturopathic doctors I visit suggested writing in a journal. This is something I have a hard time with but realized I needed to stimulate my mind more. I’m very intelligent but end up filling up my day with “tasks” and not much difficult thinking is done in a day. So I’m very excited to be able to write out my weekly adventures, and hopefully give a little hope to others who find life a rollercoaster of emotions and situations.

So let’s get acquainted better. Hopefully you’ve read a little about me on http://www.angeladacey.com/ For anyone who found this blog without reading it first go back and read! I’d love to start this with a quick run down of the things that have happened to me since I started working for Angela last October.

I always knew I was an amazing person, deep, deep down. I just didn’t want to believe it because of outside circumstances. I always thought that there was something better out there I just had lost faith in it because it felt like the world was out to get me. It’s important you know that I had a lot of negative stuff to clear. When I began working with Angela, although I was very capable of the administrative and public relation parts, I had a messy life. I feel like she took her time and walked me through the beginning of a magical journey, a journey of self discovery. A journey I now find myself thoroughly enjoying each and everyday for the rest of my life!

Through workshops, counselling and Alternative Health Care many beautiful things have happened.

• Left bad relationship for good


• Going for "soul" custody of my son (sole)


• Moved from 2 bedroom apartment to 3 bedroom house for same price
  
• First garden I’ve ever had out front of new house


• Won a years worth of Campbell’s Soup!!


• Alicia Keys Concert, life dream to see her playing the piano live


• My dad’s car sold a week after I “asked” for it too……….parents found a car a week after that….my mom gave me her car!


• A friend gave me 4 huge bags of designer clothing!!!!!! Everything is my perfect size, I feel like a million bucks


• I met Jack Canfield, who inspired me from the beginning in the movie “The Secret” and I said I wanted to meet under a year ago


• I get the best parking spots ever! My friends think I’m crazy but I always get a spot out front of anywhere. If the lot is full, someone always pulls out in front of me.


• I really wanted a palm pilot to keep track of Angela’s schedule anywhere I go. Her mother-in-law decided she no longer needed hers as she never uses it; she gave it to Angela who now lets me use it everyday! I’ve always wanted one, I need reminders of everything, I love it!

I really could write so many more, but what I’ve decided to do is keep a monthly blog to continue my amazing experiences in more detail. So as it happens to me you are going to hear about it. I hope I didn’t leave out any that should have been mentioned so don’t mind me if I add some oldies but goodies every once an awhile. I really, truly, believe that what Angela has taught me has helped me to attract all these events. I not only work here but I’m a client too! Enjoy life and don’t forget to look up!
