Ticket

So I have paid for my ticket. This wasn't anything magical, its just that I could actually afford it so I just gave her the money! I thought I would be dealing with a scalper and have to pay some outrageous amount. Nope. I got it for what its worth and again a HUGE thanks to Alyson and her sister, who by the way is using the $50 tickets to still go but is allowing me to use the floor seat. I love my life, look out here come the New Kids!!!!!!

NKOTB

Oh, for those of you who are not sure what that means it’s of course New Kids On The Block. Just two days after posting my tour jacket for sale on the free classified “kijiji” website, I have found myself a ticket to the concert! Now the ticket will cost me some money, however when I sell my jacket I will be well on my way to paying for it. I’m also going to post an ad to sell my New Kid dolls and tour book!

This ticket is because of a beautiful woman I know, Alyson Joy (www.felinity.ca). Her sister can no longer attend the concert and has a FLOOR SEAT available!!!!! I also will be able to go with Alyson, meaning I won’t be in this alone. If anyone else needs tickets they have extras for $50 in the 300’s. Just email me at selfdiscover@angeladacey.com and I will hook you up with the tickets. They are for the September 19th show in Toronto. And thank you so much Alyson, this is truly a dream come true for me. Also it is the first thing to be “checked” off my list, only four more to go! I will definitely let everyone know how the money for the ticket comes. I bet its super cool.

Hangin Tough

Just a quick note to promote my classified ad on the kijiji website. For those of you who don’t know what kijiji is wake up! Just kidding. It’s a website that allows you to post ads for free. I’m selling my tour jacket with the hopes of getting a ticket to the New Kids On The Block concert in Toronto. So here’s the link, spread the word please.

I'm Back

I’m back from a wonderful camping trip and feeling refreshed and ready to tackle anything. I really think we should take more time off away from the noise of daily life. It was so nice to be around wildlife, trees, and tons of fresh air. We were in a cabin with beds and electricity but no plumbing. Just enough for a great shelter from any rain that may come our way. Of course we lucked out and it didn’t rain during the day. Really cool thunder and lightning storm but no rain. It was as if a bubble had covered us and kept us dry and happy.

Now as far as my five “requests” so far not much has happened. I have faith that they will happen and I am actually getting excited at the prospect of seeing The New Kids On The Block again. Although when I saw them, at twelve years old, they were so far away they looked about 3 inches tall! Now I can’t wait for the chance to see them bigger than ever. So I’ve decided I need to take action to make it happen and set my intention. I’m going to take a picture of my “Hangin’ Tough” tour jacket, purchased from the last concert I barely saw them at, and place it on eBay for sale. This is in the hopes to get enough money to buy a ticket from a scalper before the concert.

The cool thing about setting an intention and taking action is sometimes you end up with more then you set out to get. Just like when I won two prizes instead of the one I had “intended” to win. It may not come from my eBay sale; the ticket(s) may come another way but only because I played a part in it. You can’t just ask for stuff an expect it to come while you sit patiently and wait. You have to get out there and try your best, if it’s for your greater good it will happen. And maybe in ways you never imagined. It’s not up to us to know how, just to try our best.

So again, I will keep everyone posted on how things are going. My goal here is to let others see the magic that happens to me all the time so they too can experience it. Even just by reading a positive message you are changing your thinking, even just for that brief moment.
