Oh Boy!

Well, another month has slipped through my fingers and I haven’t written very much. I have to admit, this month was a lot of hard work and some ups and downs. I don’t think I would have been able to keep up with everything even if I did find time to write. It has been a fast month but an amazing one. Healing takes time and I did some of that in October.

I truly believe we are always healing, even the greatest healers of all time still find time to reflect and look at what needs to be released. So I spent some time just quiet and still in between busy days. Now I’m ready to bust out and share with you again, so look out!

Where to start then? I think I may just go with what happened this weekend because it is something on my list. I think the universe just decided what I really needed and gave it to me. So I totally don’t believe in coincidences and just thought I would establish that first. I was getting ready Friday night for my best friends Halloween party. I had my costume on, one that matched my best friends, and our other friend had his on too. We all dressed up as baseball players on the same team. It was going to be so much fun.

I called her before we left to tell her how funny we looked. Her response was “Oh you guys are trying on the costumes for tomorrow night!?” WHAT? It seems she had changed the date on her facebook group page but I never saw it. I was totally disappointed, I couldn’t make it Saturday night and neither could the other person on the team. After planning our costumes together, for the second year in a row, the night seemed ruined.

Thank goodness my friend mentioned another party we could go to. I was still upset but happy I could stay dressed up and use my costume that night. So we headed out to a different party. Now if I had read the facebook page and saw the date change I would not have gone to this other party. And I would not have met a guy!

So I have met someone, just starting to talk nothing serious obviously. But so much fun! Last night he took me to a martial arts studio and we played with a giant soccer ball, played dodge ball and jumped into a boxing ring. Well we didn’t exactly start boxing or anything, I think it’s used for wrestling too, but we did hang out and have a lot of laughs. Just what I needed so badly, to not be so serious and just have some fun. Yeppie!

Again, if I had read my emails and facebook I would not have met this new person. How cool is divine timing, I really needed to bring some playing into my world and here it is. I really hope to play some more and look forward to, at the very least, having a new friend to have good times with. It’s also sweet to be back in the dating scene. I’m so ready!

I’m checking a boy off my list. This leaves me with 3 things left!
